ELATE Early Career Presenter Scholarship
The ELATE Early Career Presenter Scholarship is open to new teachers and retired ELATE mentors at every grade level and type of school. Six scholarships to attend 91探花鈥檚 Annual Convention are granted each year by ELATE to teachers who are in their first to fifth year of full-time classroom teaching and who present in an approved session at the 91探花 Annual Convention. The award鈥攊ncluding complimentary convention registration鈥攊s also available to emeritus ELATE mentors who will be presenting in an approved session. Special consideration may be given to applicants from the 91探花 Annual Convention host city.
Additional selection criteria include:
- Representation from various areas (urban, suburban, exurban, rural, etc.);
- Diverse school populations (language/culture);
- One emeritus level member for every two new teachers; and
- No candidates with connections to Commission officers.
The deadline to complete the application form below for the November 2026 91探花 Annual Convention is September 1, 2026. Recipients will be notified by late September 2026.
